Mue-Sue-Bee? Moose-ubi? Moo Soo Bee?

It's Musubi people. Spam Musubi.

Spam Musubi Pictures, Images and Photos

The strangest occurance happened to me a few days ago. Out of no where THREE completely seperate people referenced me regarding Spam Musubi.

1) My Aunt called me to ask me how its made
2) An old college friend Face booked me to explain it so she could tell her husband about it
3) Chads HS friend made a comment about how I need to make bacon waffles and take back the Spam Mue-Sue-Bee.

For those of you who don't know. Spam Musubi is a popular Hawaiian local food. Like, you can go to your local 7-11 and pick up a spam musubi for a snack, lunch, whatever. A Spam musubi is composed of a block of rice with a slice of Spam on top, and nori (dried seaweed) surrounding it to keep it in shape.

Note: I do not eat spam musubi, I do not buy spam, I do not talk about spam or musubi , or spam musubi on a regular basis so I find it odd that all of a sudden I am totally the Go To Spam Expert. I have on occasion enjoyed this delicacy. Maybe God is trying to tell me that I need to make a batch and sent the messege through these three people. maybe there is some $1M spam prize in a can of Spam and if I go and make some spam Musubi, I will win this prize? No?

Just a thought.

Oh, and I know that I have been blog crazy today, but I havent been sleeping well at night so I keep thinking of all these things I have to say. I think this is it for the day.
