I am proud ot report I have kept up with all of my goals (telling hubby Iheartyou, moving my body, and ensuring clear counters before bed each night).
I have been working out via 30 day shred, with the exception of yesterday, we went to a Bday party out of town, but I did *move* my body. I have been telling my Hubby how much I love him, although he hasn't seemed to notice. and my counters are clean.
I don't know what it is about clean counters. it just makes the whole house feel alot cleaner. Everynight I take 5 minutes to make sure the surface is clear and clean so when I wake up in the morning the first thing I see is a clean house and not a messy, overwhelming house and it is really a great way to start the day.

There is just one problem....my husband. *sigh*
You see, he thinks his mommy lives here like in the closet or some invisible guest bedroom because he leaves his dirty dishes and EMPTY beer/soda/masculinenergydrink on the counter despite the fact that the recycle bin is literally right.there. And since he goes to sleep after I do, sometimes I still wake up to crap on the counter. ugh.
I really dont know what to do. He has this mental block, he can.not. bring himself to take the extra 10 seconds to put his plate in the dishwasher, and I dontknow, is it possible he is color blind and cannot *see* our recycle bin....
any suggestions on how to deal with a husband who didnt have to do anything for himself growing up?

start taking away adult perks. He will shape up real fast. Other than that I have no suggestions since my husband cleans better than I do! Sorry....
oh I know, leave the empty bottles on his side of the mattress.
Yay for clean counters! You are doing awesome with all of your goals! Sorry the hubs isn't on board - maybe leave a reminder note on the counter in the exact spot where he leaves the cans/dishes until it becomes a habit for him to throw them away? Do you think he'd notice the note?
