Buddies

I kid you not when I tell you that Brynn and Audrey are the best of buddies right now. And words cannot explain the joy I feel when I see my two daughters, my loves, my creations, play, interact and giggle together.

All you have to do is go back and read any post from November/December/January to see that this "Mom of two" thing was no easy journey for me. When I had Brynn, there was very little "adjustment period" for me. I mean sure, there was an adjustment, but it wasn't that bad. When I had Audrey and suddenly had 2 children under two years old who where both incredibly needy and for different reasons at that...oh, and go ahead and smack on some potty training to that and you have ONE stressed out Kristin.

Ah, but now I can look back and say "Damn, that sucked"

But I tell you what: it was all worth it. I am so happy to see them play together, its prob my most favorite thing to see. It tops the milestones: First steps, first sleeping through the night, first words....nothing is better than watching your kids get along and play. Seriously.
